NPO GEWEL Proudly Presents the Results of the First-of-Its-Kind, Large Scale "Diversity & Inclusion" Survey in Japan Based on Over 10,000 Samples


Highlights:

  • 44% of overall respondents believe that Diversity leads to enhanced business performance and they are willing to practice it.
  • They have greater motivation towards their work and loyalty to their companies. They are enthusiastic employees with high self-evaluation.
  • Inclusion (creation of corporate workplace culture in which each person is respected, accepted, and
    encouraged) is the key to increase the number of such employees, who are positive about Diversity and actively practice it.
